Riverside TinTop - Under Construction

 Experience the enchanting transformation of a quaint, riverside cottage. Despite its rustic charm, the cabin lacked running water and suffered from a crumbling foundation. To preserve its character while adding modern comforts, we carefully extended the cottage with a riverside addition, seamlessly blending old and new. This allowed for a spacious kitchen, luxurious bath, and a laundry room. We also replaced the crawlspace with a full basement for structural integrity and additional living space. With a mountain-modern aesthetic and updated siding, roofing, and windows, this revitalized cottage is a perfect blend of past and present, offering a picturesque and functional riverside retreat.
